This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while positively impacting the lives of individuals in the Marietta, Georgia area. • Act as a primary clinician for clients dealing with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, delivering therapy in both individual and group settings.
• Conduct thorough assessments, applying evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to establish integrated care plans, ensuring seamless access to essential services.
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings and assessments, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to support ongoing recovery.
• Assist in crisis intervention, applying your training to manage and de-escalate emergencies effectively.
• Perform documentation and data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner to support ongoing improvement in service delivery.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to team-based quality improvement initiatives.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our organization, you will primarily support clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing significant mental health challenges. Our focus is on serving underserved populations, which may include low-income individuals, minority groups, and those with limited access to mental health care. Your expertise in cultural competence and sensitivity will play a critical role in making a meaningful difference in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a valid LCSW license in Georgia.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working in community mental health settings.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and trauma-informed care.
• Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly in low-income or underserved communities.
• Active involvement in advocacy for mental health issues and access to care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
