Position Highlights:
Job Type: Temporary Contract
⏰ Schedule: 40 hours per week (Anticipated to start date: August 24, 2026)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Arrangement: Remote after onboarding
Location Requirement: Colorado residents only
Important: This opportunity is limited to Colorado residents due to state-specific program requirements. While the role is fully remote after onboarding, required equipment must be picked up in person from the client's Colorado office.
Position Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in reviewing, processing, and submitting applications accurately and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently while collaborating with team members to maintain efficient workflows and ensure all applications meet quality and compliance standards. Maintaining data privacy, security, and accuracy is essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter application data accurately and efficiently
- Verify information for completeness and accuracy before submission
- Follow all established processes, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Utilize available resources and reference materials to maintain quality standards
- Work effectively with dual monitors and multiple software applications
- Collaborate with colleagues to support workflow efficiency and departmental goals
- Meet established performance, quality, compliance, and customer service standards
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security requirements
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Experience processing loan, insurance, mortgage, or similar applications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
