• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid mental health license or certification (LPC, LICSW, or LMFT) for providing psychotherapy services within Washington DC.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective remote engagement through platforms like Zoom or Skype.

• While a minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is preferred, new graduates with strong academic credentials are encouraged to apply.
