Role Description

Telemarketing Expert - Location: Chicago, IL (In-Office) or Remote (Anywhere in the United States)

In this role, you will conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects within our proprietary database to identify, engage, and qualify financial advisor candidates. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport quickly, and driven by achieving performance goals. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified candidate leads and creating opportunities for our recruiting team to advance the hiring process. This is a 1099 position, offering hourly pay for phone time metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior professionals.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or psychology would be helpful but not required.
