Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer residing in NJ, NY and PA to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services and making telephone or zoom or phone appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for group medical sales, and the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone remotely with the select market leads that are supplied.

Responsibilities:

  • Call 5 hours per week and schedule a Zoom or telephone appointment to speak with a broker for 10-15 minutes who will explain the benefits of the new medical platform to the prospect.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling telemarketing.
  • Strong skills in outbound calling and customer engagement
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
