As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey of your clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records to ensure compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines while documenting client progress and treatment adjustments.

Your work will primarily focus on addressing the mental health needs of adolescents and their families. Clients may present with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship dynamics. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Teen Therapy Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our employment package also includes:
