As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage participants to share experiences and learn from one another effectively.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic one-on-one sessions, assisting clients in exploring their thoughts and emotions to develop personalized coping strategies.
• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, measurable treatment plans that are responsive to their unique needs and goals.
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress using standardized assessment tools and continuous feedback to inform therapeutic decisions.
• Coordinating Care: Work in close partnership with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

Your work will center around a diverse population of teens and young adults, specifically those managing emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. By offering tailored treatment within our outpatient programming, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their unique struggles, foster resilience, and pursue fulfilling lives. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience providing counseling services, particularly to adolescents or young adults.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage clients in a clinical setting, including virtual sessions.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote patient care.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate may also have experience in:

• Working with diverse populations and understanding the unique challenges faced by teens and young adults.
• Conducting evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Participating in program development and implementation within a clinical setting.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
