• Provide therapeutic services through synchronous live video sessions, delivering evidence-based care to clients experiencing emotional disorders including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of each client.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans, enhancing the efficacy of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation via our user-friendly therapist portal, ensuring compliance with best practices in client care and record keeping.

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and with a range of mental health challenges. Our aim is to provide a safe and inclusive space where every client can feel understood and empowered to pursue their mental wellness journey. • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of an independent LCSW license in the state of New York is mandatory; additional state licensure is considered a valuable asset.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience applying cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients facing mental health disorders.
