Certifications preferred
•Tanium Certified Administrator (TCA)
•Tanium Certified Professional Endpoint Management (TCPEM) or equivalent Tanium credentials
Scope:
Senior Tanium Consultant (contractor) to support enterprise client projects focused on endpoint
visibility, compliance, and security using the Tanium platform. This engagement is delivery-focused: you will lead the
implementation and optimization of Tanium modules, build automation and reporting, and serve as the primary technical
resource for assigned client engagements in partnership with client’s Observability team.
Required Qualifications
  • years of endpoint management or security engineering experience, hands-on Tanium platform administration in production environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Tanium administration, content creation, and automation (e.g., Sensors, Packages, Saved Questions, Dashboards, Policies).
  • Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for integrating and orchestrating Tanium workflows.
  • Familiarity with endpoint hardening and vulnerability management practices and standards.
  • Experience integrating Tanium with one or more of the following: ServiceNow, SIEM platforms, CMDB/asset systems, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Excellent consulting soft skills: clear communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work directly with client technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Prior consulting experience delivering Tanium-based projects for enterprise clients (10k+ endpoints).
  • Experience working within ITSM / IT Operations environments, including incident, change, and request workflows.
  • Exposure to complementary security and operations tools (e.g., EDR, vulnerability scanners, configuration management platforms).
