• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Provide therapeutic support through confidential online sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients.
• Document all clinical interactions and progress notes accurately to maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings, contributing to continuous professional development and sharing best practices.
• Manage your case load effectively while remaining responsive to client needs and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Utilize our sophisticated telehealth platform to facilitate seamless therapy sessions, promptly address technical issues, and ensure patient confidentiality.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Health Hour Counseling Services, you will primarily work with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and interpersonal relationship issues. Your role will involve utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches to guide clients in their journey toward healing and personal growth.

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective documentation and client interaction.
• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions or actions taken against your licensure from any regulatory board.

• Experience working in a remote or teletherapy setting.
• Familiarity with various mental health treatment modalities and community resources.
• Skills in utilizing video conferencing and digital communication tools to enhance client engagement and therapy outcomes.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
