Job description

Summary: The Unconventional (TU) is seeking a highly qualified Special Projects Technical Assistant to provide part-time on call support to TU Operations with technical assistance and subject matter expertise on current and future TU projects. The position requires interfacing with multiple customers, partners, and TU leadership. Specific duties may include, but are not limited to: Support development and execution of customer engagement plans.

Coordinate capture activities with the TU leadership. Facilitate customer relationship building activities. Operations support activities to include Proposal development, writing, review, and recruiting.

Provide assistance and support on all TU Recruiting efforts. Facilitate engagements, meetings, and partnerships with DoD and other Government customers. Perform duties on a Part-Time / On-Call basis.

Perform other related duties and assignments as required.Required Qualifications: 10 years or more work experience within the required field of expertise. Understanding of capture process and risk-based assessment. Perform the Services in a discrete, relevant, and professional manner

Desired Qualifications: Ability to interface with a wide range of customers. Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives and supporting related initiatives across multiple stakeholders and projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
