Scope of Work
- Review Court Annual Statistical Reports (2020-2025) in PDF format
- Extract, interpret, and transcribe data from multiple structured tables
- Accurately input data into corresponding Excel spreadsheets for each report/table
- Maintain consistency in formatting, naming conventions, and data alignment
- Validate and cross-check entries to ensure 100% data accuracy and completeness
- Organize spreadsheets for easy reference and future reporting use
- Flag discrepancies or unclear data points for clarification
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (2010/2013 or newer)
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and structured reports
- High attention to detail with strong data validation skills
- Ability to read and interpret tabular data from PDF documents
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in data entry, reporting, or technical documentation
- Experience working with government or judicial data (nice to have)
- Familiarity with data transcription or document digitization projects
