Description Summary: Huntington Bank is looking for a Scrum Master-Technical Project Manager. If you enjoy using agile methodologies to drive innovation and organizational change, enjoy working with and motivating teams, have a deep understanding across data disciplines, this role is for you. Duties and Responsibilities: Drive transformational change to agile methodologies, addressing business value in requirement, code, and test delivery.

Teach scrum concepts to all members of the individual scrum teams. Work with management to drive data transformation delivery, deliver continuous success stories showing progress within the teams, form partnerships among departments to streamline work processes and improve the speed to delivery. Collaborate with the project and cross impact teams to identify strategic priorities, use cases, minimal viable product, and most immediate business value to be pursued.

Identifying dependencies between agile teams and communicate and resolve differences between those teams. Guide teams to a culture of focus, improving the organization and delivery of their work. Escalate issues to expedite process correction and prioritization of the team strategies.

Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Burn-Down, Velocity Management, Change Agent. Perform other duties as assigned.
