• Conduct engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet clients' diverse needs and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and care teams, adjusting approaches based on progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.
• Equip clients with actionable strategies and coping mechanisms that encourage autonomy and long-term wellness.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and networking events to foster relationships that can lead to new patient referrals and enhance community awareness of mental health issues.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Clayton Mental Health Clinic, you will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support for various mental health conditions. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Your compassionate approach and tailored therapeutic practices will contribute to meaningful changes in your clients' lives and encourage them to reach their full potential.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid mental health professional license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery.
• Experience in coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and external organizations.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
