Job description

Key Responsibilities:
Cognizant requires Duck Creek Policy technical lead who demonstrates leadership abilities, is very knowledgeable in the P&C software industry, and can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
In depth knowledge of Duck Creek configuration, it best practices and solution implementation is required.
The role will be work from home however travel is required and varies based on the assigned account requirements.
This employee will oversee small to large implementation projects and is expected to work in a team setting, providing guidance to less senior team members, providing expertise in Duck Creek Policy configuration, and keeping the project moving from a technical aspect.
Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with 6+ years of Duck Creek Policy configuration, upgrade, and support experience
  • Experience in commercial lines of templates (ISO and non-ISO)
  • Hands-on experience of implementing inheritance model, Manuscript data model, product versioning.
  • Experience in OnDemand policy implementation
  • Integration solution design experience with Duck Creek through integration framework, Anywhere API
  • Hands-on experience in Express 3, Rating, Forms, Use Administration, Day 2 transactions setup, batches.
  • Good understanding about onDemand environment, pipeline, and active delivery enablement
  • Experience of working closely with Duck Creek for solution review, estimate review, Delivery Assurance Audit, AMIs etc.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000 - $ 170,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
