• Provide individualized mental health counseling to clients using secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a comfortable and confidential experience.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand client needs and progress, while developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions focused on enhancing coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication techniques.
• Engage in regular follow-up meetings with clients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support for their mental health journey.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support for various emotional and psychological challenges. Our client base is diverse, reflecting a cross-section of the community, with a shared goal of improving their mental well-being and overall quality of life. Counselors are expected to foster trust, empathy, and rapport with clients to create a safe space for discussion and healing.

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active state licensure as one of the following: LCMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent practice capability.
• No prior disciplinary actions against licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of digital communication tools necessary for delivering effective telehealth services.
• A reliable internet connection to facilitate seamless video sessions.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is highly desirable.
