• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify clients' needs and develop effective, tailor-made treatment plans.

• Set collaborative, measurable therapeutic goals with clients, and monitor their progress to ensure they are receiving the appropriate level of care.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of sessions to uphold ethical standards and comply with state regulations.

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
