You will have the flexibility to set your schedule, with both full-time (over 30 hours/week) and part-time (over 5 hours/week) options available. Utilizing a user-friendly online counseling platform, you will connect with clients via secure video chat, providing you the tools necessary to thrive in a digital therapy setting.

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Support clients in developing effective coping strategies, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills, facilitating their journey toward mental wellness.
• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote sustained improvements in mental health.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients to encourage self-reflection and empowerment in managing their mental health conditions.

Your primary focus will be on low-acuity adults who are seeking support to manage everyday stressors and mental health issues. By providing individualized interventions, you will play an essential role in enhancing our clients' quality of life and equipping them with tools to tackle future challenges. Our clinic is dedicated to serving a diverse clientele and embracing cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure in one of the following areas: LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent licensure required for practice without supervision.
• No prior disciplinary actions on your license.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and support.
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with online counseling platforms.
• A stable Internet connection to facilitate seamless online sessions.

• Experience working in a remote setting, with familiarity in telehealth practices and digital communication tools.
• Proven track record in counseling and therapy, particularly with low-acuity adult populations.
• Ability to handle a diverse client caseload while maintaining high standards of care and quality service.

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
