Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned VP of Engineering to lead and scale our global engineering organization. This leader will be responsible for driving the technology vision, building high-performing teams, and delivering scalable, enterprise-grade AI products. The role requires deep expertise in AI/GenAI systems, distributed architecture, and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the engineering strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing global engineering teams
  • Drive architecture and delivery of AI/GenAI platforms (LLMs, RAG, NLP, agentic systems)
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise SaaS products
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Establish best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality engineering
  • Lead hiring, mentoring, and leadership development across engineering teams
  • Drive innovation in AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure
  • Manage budgets, planning, and execution for engineering initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth SaaS or AI companies
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices
  • Experience building and scaling AI/GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, NLP, search platforms)
  • Track record of delivering enterprise-grade products at scale
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Field Service, Customer Service, or enterprise operations domain
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or enterprise system integrations
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks
