Job Title: Senior HR Systems Analyst – Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud / Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst with strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM, with particular expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to support, enhance, troubleshoot, and optimize HR technology solutions.

This role is ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who understands both the functional HR/Benefits processes and the technical aspects of Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion applications.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Benefits.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Configure and support Benefits-related functionality within Oracle HCM.
  • OTBI, OCI
  • Support open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, benefit plans, rates, and employee enrollments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
  • Work with HR and Benefits stakeholders to identify system improvements.
  • Develop functional specifications, test plans, and system documentation.
  • Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing.
  • Analyze integrations between Oracle HCM and other HR, payroll, benefits, and third-party systems.
  • Support data validation, reporting, and reconciliation activities.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior HR systems analysts.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as an HRIS / HR Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits.
  • Experience supporting Benefits Administration and related HR processes.
  • Understanding of HR business processes including employee data, eligibility, benefits, and payroll.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, and production support.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with HR, Benefits, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
