• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to create a safe and supportive virtual environment.
• Assess client needs through initial evaluations and create personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique mental health challenges.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and observed outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide coordinated care when needed.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health service delivery, contributing to an environment of trust and respect.

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in helping clients manage their symptoms and improve their overall well-being, fostering a supportive environment where they feel understood and valued.

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is mandatory, with acceptable credentials including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Experience providing individual therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using telehealth systems and technology to facilitate client sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster engagement and rapport with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
