• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans, ensuring each client receives personalized care based on their specific needs.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to effectively address client issues during one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is precise and up-to-date.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in mental health care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to build rapport with clients from different backgrounds will be critical in creating a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Washington.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations that govern the counseling profession.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and health technology platforms to manage client documentation and appointments effectively.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment, understanding the nuances of remote counseling and client engagement.
