• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments of patients' histories to guide personalized treatment strategies.
• Craft and implement targeted individualized treatment plans that center on recovery and resilience based on best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to deliver effective treatment.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma, develop essential coping skills, and promote their healing journey.
• Engage in continuous collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support for patients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping strategies while guiding them through available community resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential records in accord with legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate proactively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions focused on innovative trauma-informed care approaches.
• Stay current with the latest research and methodologies in trauma therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will directly impact the lives of various patients dealing with trauma-related issues. Our patient population primarily consists of individuals affected by PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a mental health therapist, you will play a significant role in their recovery journey, helping them to navigate and overcome their experiences with a compassionate and expert touch.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health setting preferred.
• Profound knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed care approaches, and resilience-building therapies.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering trauma-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting compassion and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• The ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit suited for functioning cohesively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience working specifically with trauma-informed care models and methodologies.
• History of successful collaboration with professionals across various disciplines in mental health settings.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
