• Provide remote mental health counseling services to a diverse clientele, focusing on adults facing various challenges, including mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients, ensuring that their treatment is personalized and effective.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to track progress and address client needs.
• Engage in collaborative care by consulting with medical providers and other members of the care team, fostering a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment.
• Utilize a streamlined model of outpatient therapy that emphasizes efficiency through single-session consultations and brief multi-session care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records to support client outcomes and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver empathetic, compassionate communication with clients, ensuring that they feel supported throughout their care journey.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who may be dealing with significant mental health issues or dual diagnoses. This includes those with co-occurring chronic conditions, where mental health plays a crucial role in overall wellness. The therapist will be instrumental in fostering health behavior changes that can enhance quality of life and health outcomes.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Candidates must possess a valid state license (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or similar) to practice independently without supervision.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in a mental health or counseling setting is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex priorities, meet deadlines, and uphold a high degree of accuracy in clinical documentation.
• A reliable internet connection is mandatory for remote service delivery.
• Strong ethical principles and dedication to adhering to legal and regulatory standards in mental health practices.
• A proficient understanding of cultural competence and an active awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion in mental health treatment environments.

• Experience working in an outpatient therapy model.
• Background in addressing a wide spectrum of mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology related to remote service delivery.
