Addison Group is hiring a Program Manager, Digital Marketing for our client, a large nonprofit organization focused on advocacy, fundraising, public education, and mission-driven initiatives. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative digital marketing team supporting a high volume of campaigns and creative projects.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to help coordinate and execute digital marketing and advertising initiatives. This person will serve as a key project management partner to the digital marketing team, keeping campaigns, creative deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional communication organized and on track.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with limited direction. This role has a strong focus on digital advertising, creative production, project coordination, and campaign operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, campaign calendars, budgets, deliverables, and creative production schedules.
  • Coordinate with paid search, paid social, organic marketing, creative, video, photography, advocacy, fundraising, and other internal teams.
  • Help manage digital campaigns from initial planning through creative development, launch, and follow-up.
  • Review and provide feedback on creative concepts, scripts, messaging, ad copy, and other campaign materials.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to support campaign execution.
  • Maintain project trackers, campaign documentation, shared calendars, meeting notes, and creative asset libraries.
  • Support creative testing initiatives and monitor campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Help develop and refine digital advertising copy, donation page content, advocacy messaging, and other cross-channel communications.
  • Identify workflow challenges and help implement more efficient project management processes.
  • Communicate project status, potential roadblocks, and key updates to leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Help troubleshoot issues and escalate concerns when necessary to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support reporting, campaign analysis, and recommendations related to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with additional marketing and fundraising projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, program management, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns, paid media, or creative production.
  • Background working in a corporate, agency, nonprofit, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with paid search and paid social marketing.
  • Experience with Meta and other digital advertising platforms preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools; Jira experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team.
  • Comfortable working remotely and supporting East Coast business hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with copywriting, storytelling, fundraising, advocacy, or mission-driven campaigns is a plus.
