Job Summary:
 
Seeking a client-facing Account Manager to manage end-to-end digital creative projects for a large national retail business. The role will oversee project delivery, client communication, timelines, budgets, and coordination across creative and internal teams.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage projects from intake through completion.
  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact.
  • Lead status meetings and manage client expectations.
  • Gather requirements and translate client feedback into actionable direction.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and risks.
  • Enter and maintain projects in Workfront.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, resourcing, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Manage scope changes and change orders.
  • Support multiple concurrent campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

 
Qualifications:
 

  • 5+ years of client-facing account management experience.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years using project management software; Workfront preferred.
  • Experience leading digital creative projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with advertising/creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Retail brand experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and start quickly.

 
Compensation: 
 
The hourly rate for this position is  $65.00 per hour.   
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
