This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing counselors to manage their schedule and work from any location. Our outpatient office model ensures that all client interactions occur via secure video chat, eliminating the need for commuting and providing a comfortable setting to focus on therapy delivery. • Conduct thorough assessments of adult clients to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapy, particularly utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while adapting approaches based on client feedback and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular consultations and collaboration with fellow therapists to share best practices and refine treatment methodologies.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
• Utilize technology for scheduling sessions, managing caseloads, and tracking patient outcomes to enhance client care.

The primary focus will be on working with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Understanding the unique experiences and backgrounds of our clients is crucial for fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes healing and growth.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• An active license in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or psychology (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills to create clear, concise documentation of client sessions and progress.
• Ability to maintain a clean professional record, free from any disciplinary actions.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy to adult patients.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms for effective session management.
• Experience in a remote work setting and adapting therapeutic practices for virtual environments.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a compelling salary, the role includes a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package. This package encompasses health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and coverage for no-shows and late cancellations.
