As a therapist at our organization, you will have the unique opportunity to provide vital mental health services to a diverse client base while working from the comfort of your own home. We are offering both full-time and part-time positions with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

At Haywood Counseling Center, we embrace flexibility and autonomy. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location that suits your lifestyle. You are encouraged to set your own hours around your personal obligations, whether you choose to dedicate full-time hours or seek supplemental income through part-time work. Our remote team collaborates seamlessly using advanced telehealth platforms, orchestrating a comprehensive and cohesive approach to client care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary objective will be to deliver ethical, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting compassionate individual counseling sessions using video conferencing technology.

Our therapists serve a wide range of stable, low-acuity adults who present with diverse mental health conditions. This client population may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life stressors. Your role is essential in supporting these individuals to enhance their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on hours worked and client load.
  • A generous sign-on bonus to welcome new therapists to our community.
  • Weekly direct deposit to ensure timely payments.
