Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary objective will be to deliver ethical, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate individual counseling sessions using video conferencing technology.
• Applying solution-focused treatment modalities, tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.
• Creating individualized treatment plans that are responsive to clients' life experiences, emotions, and challenges.
• Facilitating discussions aimed at helping clients gain insights into their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment journey and adjusting strategies as needed to promote healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists serve a wide range of stable, low-acuity adults who present with diverse mental health conditions. This client population may include individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other life stressors. Your role is essential in supporting these individuals to enhance their quality of life and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no prior disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Competent computer literacy with the ability to use telehealth platforms efficiently.

Preferred Experience

While not required, candidates with experience in remote therapy settings and those familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems will have a distinct advantage. Familiarity with solution-focused approaches or cognitive-behavioral therapy may also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
