Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and challenges.
• Provide telehealth counseling services using approved platforms to ensure confidentiality and high-quality care during each session.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress, following ethical guidelines to uphold client confidentiality and security.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers as needed to enhance the support offered to clients and improve treatment outcomes.
• Engage in regular supervision and participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest counseling methodologies and telehealth practices.
• Facilitate workshops and support groups virtually to enrich the community experience and encourage peer engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clinical expertise will be utilized to address diverse issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to grief and trauma, supporting a broad spectrum of clients from various backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families, promoting holistic and culturally competent approaches tailored to unique life circumstances. Your role will empower clients to overcome challenges and develop coping strategies while enhancing their overall mental health.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• An active state license as a Professional Counselor.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating knowledge of best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Familiarity with telehealth systems and platforms, ensuring proficiency in delivering remote therapy services effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with specific client populations such as adolescents, veterans, or those with substance use disorders is a plus.
• Advanced training in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or EMDR.
• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges associated with remote counseling and adaptability to varying client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

Beautiful Reflection Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
