• Conduct detailed assessments and mental health screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ psychological conditions and needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address each client's specific challenges, preferences, and therapy goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to drive therapeutic progress.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that enhances client wellness.
• Educate and involve clients' families, fostering an understanding that aids in the recovery journey and creates a supportive network around the client.
• Maintain comprehensive, confidential records consistent with regulatory standards, focusing on ethical practice and client privacy.

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including adults, adolescents, and families, who present with various mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma-related disorders. • Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
• Proven specialized training or extensive experience in providing mental health counseling is essential.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
