• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify emotional and behavioral issues affecting students.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Implement therapeutic sessions, utilizing solution-focused techniques to empower students in overcoming their challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and our multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate holistic care for each student.
• Educate families about mental health resources and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to enhance service delivery.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Your interventions will be vital in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma stemming from both home and school environments. Your goal will be to equip students with the tools needed to thrive academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license issued by the state of California.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health support in a therapeutic setting.
• Proficiency in applying evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and families.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with children and adolescents.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and their application in therapeutic settings.
• Comfort and efficiency with remote counseling technologies and electronic health record systems.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
