This role will be a remote position but as part of a collaborative virtual clinical team. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups of students, addressing their unique mental health challenges and needs.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and ensure a patient-centered approach.
• Engage in comprehensive assessment processes, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify suitable treatment paths.
• Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create an integrated care approach.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Utilize our telehealth technology effectively to manage appointment scheduling, client communications, and service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and familial disruptions. You will also have the chance to engage with parents and guardians, providing them with resources and strategies to support their children's mental health, thereby enhancing community well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution, followed by an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing diagnostic assessments and treatment plans tailored to diverse needs in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, emphasizing the importance of ethical practices and establishing rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with school-based mental health initiatives and a solid understanding of the educational environment.
• Experience utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms effectively.
• Proven capability in conducting psychoeducational workshops and providing consulting services to teachers and staff.
