• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique situation.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their specific needs, goals, and feedback.
• Provide effective counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapies and therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
• Teach clients practical coping mechanisms and self-care strategies that empower them to manage their challenges independently.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect ongoing needs and achievements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and facilitate referrals as needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of clients’ treatment and progress in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Our counselors are equipped to support clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that cultural competence and inclusivity are prioritized in all therapeutic interactions.

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual, couple, and group counseling in a clinical setting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with clients.
• An empathetic, non-judgmental approach, fostering a safe environment for clients to express themselves.
• The ability to work autonomously while fostering team collaboration in a remote setting.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the varied needs of your clients.

• Experience using telehealth platforms to provide counseling, with a strong comfort level in digital communications.
• Specific training or certification in therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
• A track record of successfully engaging with clients who have complex mental health needs.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload availability. In addition to salary, we provide substantial support for billing and documentation processes, allowing you to focus more on counseling and less on administrative tasks.
