• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student’s unique mental health concerns, strengths, and support needs.
• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities targeted for school-aged clients.
• Implement evidence-based treatment approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques tailored to each client's needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and strategic interventions designed to support holistic mental health outcomes.
• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school psychologists,teachers, and parents, to ensure a coordinated approach to student care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans to support students in acute distress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment activities accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops that empower students and their families with coping strategies and resilience skills.

The focus of this role is on children and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse student population and implement culturally responsive practices that meet their unique needs. By fostering a trusting relationship with clients, you will help them navigate their challenges and build a foundation for future success.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting, with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their application in clinical practice.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, with a proven ability to connect with clients and their families.

• Experience working within school systems or educational environments.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent treatment strategies.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting and using telehealth to provide clinical services.
