We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Wild Spirit Therapy. This full-time remote position focuses on providing essential mental health services within a school setting located in Laughlin, Nevada. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, providing an opportunity to connect with students and families from the comfort of your home while you engage in meaningful therapeutic practices. As a remote, school-based clinician, you will collaborate closely with educators, school administrators, and parents to foster a comprehensive support system for clients. The position's hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students to identify emotional, social, and behavioral challenges affecting their academic performance and personal development.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each student, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional resilience, coping strategies, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create a supportive learning environment, including attending meetings and contributing insights on student welfare.
  • Educate students and their families about available mental health services and resources, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged in the healing process.
  • Stay updated on the latest therapeutic interventions and methods to enhance service delivery and effectiveness.
  • Document all client interactions, therapy sessions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will primarily focus on supporting elementary and middle school students of diverse backgrounds, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. As a part of this role, you will be instrumental in breaking down barriers to mental health care and promoting emotional well-being among young individuals.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and clinical assessment skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.
  • Competence in communicating effectively with team members, clients, and their families to facilitate comprehensive care.
  • Familiarity with educational settings and a passion for working with children and adolescents.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience working with children, preferably in a school or educational environment.

Compensation and Benefits
