What is remote teaching with benefits?

Remote teaching with benefits refers to educational positions where instructors teach students online, rather than in a traditional classroom, and receive additional employment benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and sometimes professional development opportunities. These roles allow educators to work from anywhere with an internet connection while still enjoying the security and perks associated with full-time, traditional employment. This setup is increasingly popular among schools, universities, and online education companies that want to attract and retain top teaching talent. Remote teaching with benefits combines the flexibility of remote work with the stability of a traditional job.
