Forbes Travel Guide, an international hospitality ratings company, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to assist with the daily functions of Client Success team operations, as assigned.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills and involves a high degree of client communication. An essential aspect of this position is to support our clients by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. Tasks include (but are not limited to) updating contact and account information in Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site, administering trials and demos of our software, and reporting and following up on client communications. The successful candidate will communicate professionally, work thoughtfully with excellent attention to detail, and efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities
Proactive and reactive contact updates across internal systems, including Salesforce and our proprietary Partner Site; this includes research on targets and contact information
Management and update of client data within the Partner Site, including asset creation, contact management, username and password resets
Management and distribution of trials and information regarding FTG products and platform services, including Partner Site, Service Energizers, The Academy, Responsible Hospitality, Astria, and more; includes follow up and usage reports to Partner Services
Assisting on a variety of assignments associated with the annual rating report deliveries, Star Rating announcement, our Luxury Summit event and other special projects and events.
Work with the department in an administrative capacity and on a variety of projects as needed.
Tasks may continue to evolve over time after an initial and gradual transition period.
