• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, upholding ethical and compassionate therapeutic practices.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet clients' evolving needs.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who require mental health support. • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in the state of Florida as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Strong proficiency in technology, ensuring effective use of telehealth platforms and electronic client management systems.

• Experience in a remote counseling setting, utilizing telehealth technology.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy methods and client-centered approaches.
• Previous experience handling diverse client populations to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
