• Conduct thorough and holistic initial assessments, including evaluating clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Provide individual therapy, leveraging solution-focused methodologies to empower clients in managing their emotional and psychological challenges.
• Utilize our telehealth system to conduct virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, applying appropriate techniques to manage urgent mental health situations.

This role caters to a broad clientele, ranging from adults facing anxiety and depression to individuals dealing with life transitions and relationship challenges. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and a supportive demeanor while managing client challenges effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management, vital for balancing caseloads and administrative tasks effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure; commitment to upholding ethical standards in practice.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, ideally in a telehealth setting.
• Experience with evidence-based therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual scheduling platforms.
