As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a range of critical tasks that contribute directly to patient care:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practice standards.
• Administering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a thorough documentation process that supports treatment continuity and legal accountability.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and integrated care to patients.
• Participating in case consultations and peer review meetings regularly to share insights, enhance treatment approaches, and improve patient outcomes.
• Providing education and resources to patients and their families related to mental health issues, coping strategies, and community support services.

In this role, you will be serving a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. From anxiety and depression to more complex psychological issues, your expertise will be pivotal in helping patients navigate their struggles and achieve their mental health goals.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapy interventions and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to assess and navigate patient needs.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team dynamic while also being self-directed.

• Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in community health settings is highly desirable.
