In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for the delivery of comprehensive psychotherapy services. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address clients’ unique challenges and treatment goals.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality control of patient care.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate effective patient care.

• Providing education to clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower them on their recovery journey.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
