• Conduct thorough virtual mental health evaluations and risk assessments using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in a remote setting.
• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization services for patients experiencing acute distress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available virtual resources to promote overall wellness.
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
• Participate in virtual staff meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse patient population, including seniors, individuals facing mental health challenges, and those seeking preventive mental health services. This role emphasizes compassion and understanding, ensuring that patients receive not only clinical support but also a sense of connection and empowerment through their treatment journey.

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid, active LMHC license in the State of Missouri is a must.
• Your own National Provider Identifier (NPI) number, along with reliable internet access and phone availability, is necessary.
• Experience in a clinical setting or medical environment is highly desirable.
• Possessing knowledge in Treatment Planning, Case Management, and maintaining meticulous client records is beneficial.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual care delivery models.
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and DBT.

The compensation range for this position is competitive, offering a salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
