We feed your pipeline with targeted, warm leads directly through our CRM. Your core job is to work these leads efficiently, connect with retiring Baby Boomer business owners during this historic "Silver Tsunami" wealth transfer, and sign them to our firm. Once you secure the mandate, you hand it off to our elite internal team of seasoned deal-makers, who handle execution from due diligence through closing.

What You Will Do:

• Manage CRM Pipeline: Systematically track, nurture, and convert warm leads provided directly by the firm.
• Target the Silver Tsunami: Connect with retiring Baby Boomer business owners ready to monetize their life's work.
• Drive Sell-Side Mandates: Pitch and sign new clients looking to sell their businesses within the $1M–$100M range.
• Seamless Handoff: Transition clients to our execution team, or execute them yourself if you qualify for our growth path.

What We Look For:

• CRM Discipline: Highly organized professional who knows how to move leads efficiently through a sales pipeline.
• Elite Closer: Proven track record of turning warm leads into signed advisory agreements or high-ticket B2B contracts.
