Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Data Entry Specialist in NEWARK NJ. This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Finance Data Entry Specialist while learning new ones to assist you in your career.   • Fully remote Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 04:00 Pm. Or 07:30Am to 03:30 PM

    • On the first day I need to come to the office for the computer and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data from source documents into company systems

  • Review, verify, and validate information for accuracy and completeness

  • Identify and correct data entry errors or escalate discrepancies as needed

  • Compare source documents against entered data to ensure accuracy

  • Maintain records, logs, and documentation of completed work

  • Organize and manage information while meeting established deadlines

  • Support projects and administrative tasks requiring data management

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8 years of Data Entry or related

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • High school diploma or GED / associate degree or higher.

Pay Details: $23.30 per hour
