Job Description:
Integration and configuration of Opera Cloud
The Sr. Microsoft Systems Administrator will manage and secure our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Responsible for the Microsoft 365 and Zoom incl. Telephony environments.
The role supports the onboarding and integration of multiple acquired firms, including data transfers utilizing a variety of tools such as Bititan, Sharegate and others. Works closely with Thrive (our MSP) on daily operations and escalations.
Contract Duration: through the end of the year and may extend.
100% remote role.
What you will be Doing:
Deployment, training and Go-live process of Opera Cloud
Userโ€™s Support and troubleshooting of the Opera Cloud Software implementation, configuration, and project management within a SaaS environment.
Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and related security tools.
ยท Administer Zoom, including AI, telephony, and SMS.
ยท Lead vulnerability management, patching, and security configuration.
ยท Support onboarding and IT integration for acquired firms.
ยท Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer service in a fully online, wealth management environment.
ยท Partner with Thrive to maintain a professional and productive relationship.
Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 / Azure administration experience.
  • Deep understanding of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Defender suite.
  • Strong security and vulnerability management background.
