Salary Range: 50,000 - 80,000

Amount of travelrequired: 25%

Summary

This role is responsible for the administration, support, and project execution of practice management systems across Guardian Dentistry Partners. It supports day-to-day PMS operations for Denticon practices that are live, oversees support for legacy practice management systems during the transition period, and plays a key role in PMS-related project delivery during system conversions.

The position works closely with dental practices, PMO, IT, vendors, and data teams, exercising independent judgment to coordinate system support, manage data-intensive conversion activities, and ensure stable, accurate outcomes during and after go-live. The scope of this role may expand over time to support additional systems, data initiatives, and enterprise operational needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day PMS Operations & Support
  • Own and coordinate day-to-day support for live Denticon practices.
  • Manage PMS-related ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between practices, IT, application support teams, and vendors.
  • Support the evolution of a structured Denticon application support model.
Conversion Projects & Go-Live Execution
  • Support Denticon conversion projects with a primary focus on data mapping, data validation, and data integrity.
  • Coordinate PMS-related activities throughout the conversion lifecycle, including pre-conversion preparation, conversion weekend execution, and post-go-live validation.
  • Act as a central point of coordination during conversion and go-live weekends, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved.
  • Validate final converted data and system readiness in partnership with vendors, data teams, and practices.
Legacy Practice Management System Support
  • Coordinate and oversee support for legacy practice management systems while they remain in use.
  • Ensure continuity, issue tracking, and operational stability during the transition period.
System Administration & Configuration Oversight
  • Oversee Denticon system administration, including user access, roles, security, and core configurations.
  • Coordinate system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements aligned with operational needs.
  • Ensure consistent application of PMS standards and best practices.
PMS Data Ownership & Data Warehouse Coordination
  • Own PMS-related data, including Denticon data flowing into the data warehouse.
  • Coordinate PMS data issues related to reporting, integrations, and data quality.
  • Maintain oversight of Jarvis connectivity and PMS-related data dependencies while they remain in scope.
  • Partner with analytics and data teams to ensure reliable, consistent PMS data.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with PMO, IT, Operations, vendors, and practice leaders to align PMS support and project activities.
  • Communicate status, risks, and trends related to PMS operations and conversions.
  • Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities across PMS platforms and conversion processes.
