As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to help define a growing market, build strategic relationships with senior technology leaders, and create opportunities with enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on opening doors, solving complex customer challenges, and helping build something significant.

What You'll Do

• Build strategic enterprise relationships with C-suite, business, and technical decision-makers, positioning Cerio as a trusted partner in AI infrastructure transformation
• Create and grow pipeline through targeted account development, executive engagement, industry networks, and strategic partners
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through close, navigating buying committees, building consensus, negotiating, and driving deals forward
• Connect technology to business value by translating complex infrastructure solutions into clear outcomes around growth, innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and competitive advantage
• Shape Cerio’s go-to-market strategy by bringing customer and market insights into messaging, positioning, sales plays, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate across the organization with leadership, technical teams, delivery teams, and partners to win opportunities and deliver strong customer outcomes
• Drive predictable growth through disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and accountability for revenue results

What you bring

• 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
• A demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles
• Experience selling strategic technology solutions to executive buyers
• Success building pipeline through proactive business development
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise buying environments
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills
• Experience developing account strategies that drive long-term growth

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued

• AI and machine learning platforms
• Cloud infrastructure
• Data center technologies
• Networking and infrastructure solutions
• High-performance computing (HPC)
• GPU and accelerated computing environments
• Enterprise software platforms
• Hybrid cloud and modern infrastructure solutions
