As a mental health counselor, you will engage with clients through our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, which is equipped to facilitate video therapy sessions, secure communication, and efficient documentation. • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and tailor therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisors, family members, and other key individuals involved in a client’s care to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to ensure consistent monitoring of clients' development and session effectiveness.
• Coordinate home visits to conduct assessments, carry out chart reviews, and analyze data that contribute towards informed treatment strategies.
• Implement and ensure the effectiveness of program plans, adjusting strategies in response to individual client progress.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and relevant organizational discussions to collaborate on holistic care approaches.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track clients’ development and inform treatment planning.
• Facilitate training programs for staff members, ensuring everyone is adequately prepared to implement program strategies and maintain accurate documentation.
• Complete follow-up assessments, home visits, and observations to provide ongoing support tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
• Maintain organized records to ensure that relevant information is accessible for authorized individuals.
• Act as a liaison between clients, the public, and the mental health community to further enhance service delivery and support system collaboration.
• Assist in creating and refining training materials that aim to elevate program effectiveness and the overall client experience.

Your work will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Whether working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, your expertise will play a pivotal role in navigating their treatment journey. • A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is essential, providing a solid foundation for evidence-based practices.
• Experience or specialization in areas such as family therapy, substance abuse recovery, trauma-informed care, or couples therapy is highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with a wide range of clients.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology platforms.

• Demonstrated proficiency in telehealth service delivery, particularly with virtual counseling platforms.
• Experience developing and implementing treatment plans that encompass holistic care.
• Enhanced skills in crisis intervention to effectively respond to urgent client needs.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
