Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and compassionate initial assessments and evaluations to accurately understand clients' mental health status, history, and needs.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans featuring measurable goals and evidence-based practices that align with clients’ aspirations.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s specific challenges.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions using our teletherapy platform, building rapport and trust while ensuring a safe and confidential space for discussion.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring timely and effective support under urgent circumstances.
• Engage continuously in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and collaborating with fellow professionals to stay abreast of best practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists primarily cater to adult clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will work with a diverse group of individuals, which aids in promoting a rich understanding of different perspectives within mental wellness. Each therapist contributes to creating a supportive environment, helping clients navigate their unique journeys and empowering them to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy, and the ability to approach each individual with a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and effective management of clinical documentation.
• No disciplinary actions or ethical complaints on record.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy.
• Background in using virtual platforms for therapy delivery.
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling high-need clients.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practices.
