Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, addressing their mental health concerns and facilitating their personal development.
• Encourage clients to express their emotions and experiences openly, guiding them toward greater self-awareness and understanding of their relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them set and achieve meaningful life goals aligned with their values and needs.
• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches based on your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work exclusively with a clientele of carefully screened, low-acuity stable adults. This ensures a focus on clients who are capable of engaging in therapy without severe mental health disruptions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active LPC license issued by the state of Colorado and in good standing to practice independently.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to client interaction.
• Proficiency in digital platforms and technology to support telehealth services.

Preferred Experience

While not required, additional experience in providing telehealth counseling or familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities may enhance your contribution to our client population. Familiarity with diverse clients and various treatment methodologies is preferred to ensure individualized client care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, influenced by your working hours.
