This position is designed for a remote setting, which allows for flexibility while ensuring that you are fully supported by our administrative team and peers. You will have access to advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems which streamline patient management and documentation. We prioritize professional development, encouraging team members to engage in continuing education programs and skill-building workshops.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through intake interviews, surveys, and standardized assessments.
• Develop personalized therapeutic treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and mental health disorders.
• Conduct weekly therapy sessions, utilizing a blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Regularly monitor client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary and documenting outcomes in our EHR system.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention as needed, ensuring the safety and mental wellbeing of clients during high-stress situations.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality while adhering to all regulatory requirements governing mental health practice.

In your role, you will work with a varied demographic, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use issues, and eating disorders. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical counseling role.
• Comprehensive understanding of various mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster connection and trust with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong proficiency in using electronic health record systems and general computer applications.
• Dedication to maintaining professional integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.

Experience in implementing culturally responsive therapy techniques, as well as a background in leading group therapy sessions are preferred traits for candidates. Moreover, familiarity with community health practices and a holistic understanding of wellness would enhance your contribution to our clinic.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
